Your ATV’s engine needs clean air in order to run properly, and it won’t be able to get it if your air filter is all dirty. Take a look at your air filter every now and then to see if it’s dirty and needs to be replaced. Be especially mindful of doing this after driving it through dirty and dusty conditions.
Clean your ATV to prevent it from rusting.
After spending a few hours cruising around on your ATV, you might not feel like cleaning the dirt that is caked on it off. You might also kind of like the dirty look that it’s giving off to the world. However, if you leave dirt on your ATV for too long and don’t make cleaning it a priority, it’s only a matter of time before rust will start to develop. Moreover, as soon as rust starts to appear, it could be a death sentence for your ATV. Keep it clean by washing it every time it gets to be too dirty.
